He became the No. 1 in July 2020 and has been keeping the top spot for 38 weeks now. He was also the No. 1 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking for 60 weeks. He currently holds 6 international victories and another 6 PGA Tour victories. In 2021 he became the first Spanish golfer to win the US Open and the first two-time recipient of the Ben Hogan Award in 2015 and 2016.

Next on the list is Gerry Lester Watson, also known as “Bubba Watson”. He is an American golfer, particularly notable because he is one of the very few professionals in the sport that is left-handed. Since he turned pro in 2002, his highest ranking so far is 2nd place that he reached in February 2015. Regardless, his driving distance makes him stand out as he is one of the longest drivers on the PGA Tour. He has already topped the driving distance statistics five times throughout his career – in the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2012, and 2014 seasons.

Collin Morikawa is a 25-year old professional golfer from the US who plays on both the PGA and European Tour. He has won the PGA Tour five times: the 2021 Open Championship, 2020 PGA Championship, the Workday Charity Open, and 2 major championships. Morikawa was also the first American who won in the Race to Dubai on the European Tour. In 2018, he was also the top-ranked golfer for 3 weeks in the American Amateur Golf Ranking.
Just before he won the 2020 PGA Championship, Morikawa signed a deal with Omega. To celebrate his win and his partnership with the watch brand, Morikawa wore an Omega Speedmaster ’57 when he received the Wanamaker Trophy. He then received a Seamaster 300 as a prize.

Canadian professional golfer Brooke Mackenzie Henderson is on LPGA Tour and is a Rolex testimonee (along with Justin Thomas and Jon Rahm). Since she turned pro in 2014, Henderson already has 10 wins in the LPGA Tour and 1 win in the Symetra Tour. She achieved her first major win at the age of 18 in the 2016 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. As such, she was the youngest winner of the said event. Moreover, Henderson was awarded the 2019 Founders Award, after being voted by her fellow golfers on the LPGA Tour.
Henderson has several corporate sponsors including Ping Golf, Titleist, Skechers, BMW, MasterCard, and Rolex. Specifically, she wears a 36mm Rolex Datejust with a silver dial and an Oyster bracelet.

Again, he was no. 1 in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, totaling more than 130 weeks. More so, he is regarded as one of the longest drivers in the PGA Tour, with his driving distance always in the top ten from 2008 to 2020. DJ was also the 2016 PGA Player of the Year.

Then we have a professional golfer from Northern Ireland, Rory McIlroy. He plays in both the PGA and European Tours. He also became a world No. 1 for 106 weeks which started in March 2012. He also won 4 major championships: the 2014 PGA Championship, 2014 Open Championship, 2012 PGA Championship, and the 2011 US Open.
He is one of only 3 golfers (along with Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus) who has won 4 majors by the age of 25.

He also finished 4th in the 2015 Masters Tournament. He has a total of 20 wins in the PGA Tour and 14 in the European Tour. McIlroy, at the age of 22 in 2011, was recorded for being the youngest golfer to reach €10 million in career earnings in the European Tour.
The following year, he also became the youngest player to reach $10 million on the PGA Tour. Among the awards he received were the PGA Tour Player of the Year, Vardon Trophy, Byron Nelson Award, the European Tour Golfer of the Year, and a few more.
Lastly, McIlroy is considerably the most famous ambassador of his watch sponsor – Omega. Lastly, we have the American professional golfer Christie Kerr who plays on LPGA Tour. Since she turned pro in 1996, she already has 24 professional wins, 20 of which were on the LPGA Tour. This includes 2 major championships – the 2010 Women’s PGA Championship and the 2007 US Women’s Open. She has also ranked first for three time periods in 2010 according to the Women’s World Golf Rankings. Moreover, she has been noted to be left-handed naturally but plays golf with his right hand.

He has been No. 1 in the ATP rankings for 209 weeks and holds the record with Federer and Djokovic for winning 20 Grand Slam singles titles. Rafa has been playing tennis since he was still a kid and has entered the professional league in 2001. From his early days until 2017, his uncle Antonio “Toni” Nadal Homar was his coach. The leading voice of the UFC and one of the most recognizable voices in mixed martial arts (MMA) sports, Joe Rogan’s career has grown in leaps and bounds. He effectively broke through the ceiling of combat sports and into the mainstream media with his widely popular podcast show, The Joe Rogan Experience. In addition, he managed to get big names on the show.
Before Joe Rogan achieved tremendous success as the color commentator for the UFC and his widely popular podcast, he first scrapped it out in the cutthroat world of stand-up comedy. You might also be familiar with Joe Rogan during his stint as host for the American adaptation of the reality television show “Fear Factor,” which he hosted for six seasons (2001 to 2006).
A little less known fact about Joe Rogan is that he is not just a fan and commentator of MMA; he also practiced some martial arts himself. Joe started training in karate when he was 14 years old and switched to Taekwondo a couple of years later. Rogan also won the U.S. Open Championship Taekwondo Tournament when he was 19 in the lightweight division and had a stint as a Taekwondo instructor.
Joe Rogan entered the amateur kickboxing competition with three fights under his belt and a record of 2 wins and one loss. Rogan retired in the combat sports scene after experiencing frequent migraines, which he feared might worsen if he continued competing – this is when he first dipped his toes in the stand-up comedy business.

The Voice of the UFC

Joe Rogan started working with the UFC in 1997. During that era, which MMA fans know as the “Dark Ages,” the UFC, and MMA in general, was still a pretty niche market. Rogan lasted only two years, though, and he resigned due to the low pay.
It wasn’t until 2002 when we once again heard Joe Rogan’s voice in the UFC after the company was bought by Zuffa and headed by current president Dana White. Rogan agreed to work as a color commentator for free with only prime tickets for him and his friends as he wanted to “watch fights and drink.” Rogan eventually signed a contract to work for the UFC, though officially, and the rest is history.

During several UFC events, Joe also wears a Rolex Deep-Sea D-Blue Sea-Dweller. Rogan certainly has a taste for his timepieces, and all have that pragmatic element present, whether it is a rugged tool watch or a high-end luxury brand timepiece.

After which, he continued to make more films of different genres such as the historical drama Good Night and Good Luck, sports comedy Leatherheads, political drama The Ides of March, and many others. In 2013, he produced the political thriller Argo, for which he received an Academy Award for Best Picture.
With his award-winning films and performances, it is not surprising that George Clooney has been included in the annual Time 100 list of the Time for the years 2006 to 2009. He is also a known activist for political and environmental causes and even served as a United Nations Messenger of Peace. Last on the list is a vintage Omega. It was seen on his wrist in the movie Tomorrowland. It is a 1958 Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer. This particular model was produced in the early 50s up to the late 1960s. It’s built with a stainless steel case and a black alligator-textured leather strap. The dial is silver, along with most of its elements such as the hands, indices, even the brand logo and name, and the Constellation emblem. It also has a date window at 3 o’clock.

The story of the Cartier Santos (or Santos de Cartier) watch began in 1904 when Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont asked Louis Cartier to make a watch. Stories say that Santos complained to Cartier about the unreliability of pocket watches when flying. Santos-Dumont was the first person to be ever filmed in an airplane wearing a Cartier watch when he flew for 21 seconds in 1906.
The name “Santos,” named after Dumont, was officially launched to the public in 1911, bearing a similar style as the pilot’s request. The look has evolved throughout the years with different materials, styles, and colors.
The more recent Cartier Santos models have a sportier look than the original. The designs were inspired by the Santos Sport watch that was first released in the 1970s, as well as the Santos 100, released in 2004.
These are bigger and have a more “masculine” look, but Cartier has created many smaller, more “feminine” versions as well.
Some of the celebrities who have been seen wearing the Santos watch include Jake Gyllenhaal and Monica Bellucci (who both endorse the brand and the latest Santos watches), Chris Pratt, and Tom Holland.

Cartier Santos-Dumont 100

Cartier Santos-Dumont is the Santos model that has a closer resemblance to the 1904 original. This model has the iconic square case and eight exposed screws. It also has a blue cabochon and a beaded crown. Because it shares similarities with the original, this is thinner and less robust than the Santos models.
The watch was released in 2004, to commemorate the 100th year of Louis Cartier’s making of Dumont’s request. The watch came in large and medium sizes and was available in stainless and titanium cases, and a few chronograph models as well.
One of the celebrities who has been seen wearing a Dumont model is actor Rami Malek, who is known for portraying the leading role in the acclaimed TV series Mr. Robot, as well as movies like Papillon and Bohemian Rhapsody.
English actor Rege-Jean Page, known for his roles in shows like For the People and more recently, Netflix period drama Bridgerton.

Cartier Tank

The Santos is considered by many as one of the most famous men’s watches. The Cartier Tank, on the other hand, is perhaps the brand’s most popular model for women.
One of the most popular personalities known for owning a Cartier Tank watch is the late Princess Diana. Some stories say that at some point in her marriage, she stopped wearing the gold Patek Philippe watch given to her by Prince Charles, and started using the Cartier Tank Louis, a gift from her father, Earl Edward John Spencer. She also owned a Cartier Tank Francaise, which was later inherited by her son Prince Harry.
Prince Harry gave the watch to his wife Meghan Markle, who wore the watch in a portrait for Time100 Talks. Meghan has been a Cartier fan even before she did this—she has a Tank watch that she purchased in 2015, as a gift to herself and a symbol of her independence and success.
Other celebrities who have a Cartier Tank are Jacqueline Kennedy, John F. Kennedy, Truman Capote, Michelle Obama, and Andy Warhol. Cartier Ballon Bleu

The Cartier Ballon Bleu is another standout model, with its round case and iconic blue domes sapphire cabochon. Unlike the other famous square/rectangular models mentioned above, this model has a more conventional look because of its round case.
First released in 2007, the Ballon Bleu has sizes for men and women and has a variety of styles: Roman numerals or diamond markers, quartz or automatic movements, stainless steel or gold, and complications like a tourbillon and a moon phase.
One of the most famous celebrities who wear the Ballon Blue is Kate Middleton. The Duchess of Cambridge wears a stainless steel version, the 33mm model. This website has pictures of her wearing the watch on different occasions.

Panthere de Cartier

The watches under the Panthere de Cartier collection are considered as timepieces that can also double as pieces of jewelry (Cartier calls it “a quintessential jewelry watch”) and continues to become a popular watch choice among celebrities, both men and women.
There are many different versions of this model: gold and steel (or a combination of both) cases, plain or dotted with diamonds, small or medium sizes. The watch gets its name from the style of the bracelet, which has a flexible structure that looks the same as the movement of a panther, the symbol of the brand.
In an article on Bazaar, which calls the Panthere “effortless, classy, and cool,” it is mentioned that some of the celebrities who made it an “it” watch are actually men—found on the wrists of stars like Pierce Brosnan and Charlie Sheen, as well as rockstars like Keith Richards.
